Its translation is also a natural next step for Peoplerise after Frédéric Laloux’s “Reinventing Organisations“. An evolution that integrates the concepts of Teal organizations and looks beyond mere sustainability towards new organizational models capable of regenerating the context in which they operate.

We deeply appreciated how Niels De Fraguier and Stephen Vasconcellos-Sharpe were able to translate this innovative vision into concrete actions.
