CORPORATE CLIENTS_PRIVACY NOTICE

INFORMATION FOR REPRESENTATIVES, EXECUTIVES, AND EMPLOYEES OF CLIENT COMPANIES PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GDPR

• The Customer acknowledges that the provisions of the Privacy Legislation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, hereinafter “GDPR” – concern the processing of personal data, i.e. relating only to natural persons, acquired and processed by the Supplier for the conclusion and execution of the Contract and do not apply to data relating to companies, bodies and associations. For the purposes of this Contract, the Supplier may process personal data concerning (i) the Customer, if the Customer is a sole proprietor or freelance professional, and/or in any case (ii) the Customer’s representatives, exponents, employees, or collaborators.

• The Customer declares that he/she is aware, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, that the personal data communicated by him/her for the conclusion and execution of the Contract are collected and processed by the Supplier, as Data Controller, exclusively for such purposes and for the related regulatory, administrative and accounting fulfilments, by means of appropriate methods and procedures (including computerised), through specially appointed internal staff and through external collaborators designated as data processors or persons in charge of processing. The Customer acknowledges that, with regard to the personal data processed for the conclusion and execution of this Contract, the natural person to whom the data refer (“data subject”) enjoys the right of access, rectification, restriction, cancellation, portability, and opposition (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR), as well as the right to complain to the Privacy Guarantor.

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the lawful usability of personal data concerning, by way of example but not limited to, any of its representatives, exponents, employees, and collaborators, which are communicated to the Supplier for the purposes of the conclusion and execution of the Contract and, in particular, the correct fulfilment of the obligations to inform the interested parties and, where necessary, to collect their consent, with regard to the processing of their personal data by the Supplier for the aforesaid purposes in the terms set out above.
