DEIB: how is it experienced in Arsenalia Group?

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging: how can we create an inclusive and integrated cultural approach that starts with the individual, and then broadens the perspective to the team, the organisation, the whole system?

We will discuss about this in β€œLet’s peoplerise with…Marta Calabretto”: the story of an organisational journey that started from the great passion and interest in the subject of a diverse team, also in terms of roles and seniority in the company.

πŸ‘‰ How can we activate a real change of culture that passes through knowledge, perception, language, and behaviour, and that goes beyond the more or less mandatory regulatory requirements that are characterising the present time?

πŸ“Œ The guest of this live broadcast with the peoplerisers Elena Crudo and Antonio Di Stefano is Marta Calabretto.

“I am Marta and I always knew I wanted to work in human resources. After graduating from the University of Padua with a degree in Work and Organisational Psychology, I started in consultancy, a great training ground, where I had the opportunity to get to know extremely varied sectors and business organisations. This experience gave me an insight into the challenges and opportunities that human resources can face in different contexts.

My arrival at Arsenalia, where I hold the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer, was decisive. Living in an ever-changing context means facing scenarios that change and take on new forms every day: the market, our organisations and, most importantly, our people. Contributing to the development of a dynamic reality, such as Arsenalia, with such a strong focus on people, is what motivates me every day. And that is why my passion for HR continues to grow with me.’
