“I am Silvia and I am in charge of digital transformation at Alpenite. My degree in mathematics and my passion for sport are my foundations and my guide: modelling, continuous improvement and constant training, attention to team dynamics, search for authentic skills and meritocracy.
I have been working for years to bring these principles into the Alpenite organisation, convinced that this is the only way to create the best environment for everyone to express their full potential and talent, always following the evolutions and changes in the market.”
