A Communications graduate from Padua, I have 16 years experience as an HR Manager in multinational companies, where I developed strong change management skills. After working in Vodafone, Diesel and L’OrΓ©al, I was HR Practice Leader in the ARSENALIA group, an international benchmark for digital transformation. Since 2021 I have been People Director at Rigoni di Asiago where I am accompanying the ownership and leadership team in an ambitious project of innovation and change. I collaborate as a lecturer on HR & Digital topics with several Italian universities. Since 2021 I have been a Certified Associate Coach with Integral Coaching Canada in Ottawa.’
