What need can lead a company to experiment with OKRs?
Let’s discover it together in βLetβs Peoplerise withβ¦Luca Nascimbenβ, People Director in Rigoni di Asiago. We continue our journey into the world of OKRs, this time with a concrete example of someone who is using OKRs in their own organisation, to learn together about the advantages and potential pain points.
π How to achieve greater clarity and strategic enablement through OKRs?
π To what extent do OKRs have a focus on outcome and how much on process?
π How has the work on missions, OKR and a new way of looking at error enabled the development of the relations among functions?
π The guest of this live broadcast with the Peoplerisers Antonio Di Stefano and Paola Cucchi is Luca Nascimben.
