π Can P.A. or companies with a high level of bureaucratisation also embark on the transformation towards the Teal Organisation?
Is it therefore not only the prerogative of companies in sectors such as manufacturing, banking or retail to be able to work in self-organised teams? Quite so!
In this βLetβs peoplerise withβ¦Laurent Ledouxβ, we share the fantastic evolution of the Belgian Ministry of Mobility and Transport, overseen by Ledoux himself, towards the Teal organisational paradigm. How was this possible?
π What is meant by Teal Organisation?
π How do you really transform companies on a cultural and structural level?
π How, in addition to the evolution of leadership, can the structure and its processes change?
π The guest of this live broadcast with the peoplerisers Flavio Fabiani and Alessandro Rossi is Laurent Ledoux.

βI am Laurent and my ambition is to contribute to the transformation of organisations, whether private or public, which in turn contribute to the positive transformation of our societies. Co-founder of Mind Edge Digital, I currently assist leaders in the transformation of their organisations and in their personal transformation. Crucially, I use IT and AI tools to facilitate the implementation of collaborative governance and distributed leadership.
I teach leadership, corporate social responsibility, business ethics and collaborative management at various universities. Previously, I was strategic business developer at Alan, a French unicorn whose core principle is distributed leadership. I also founded and managed Phusis, a team of experts specialised in collaborative management (teal, liberated organisations, agile, sociocracy, holacracy, etc.). I was also Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Belgian Ministry of Mobility and Transport.β
